Looking back at my high school years (4-5 years ago) my biggest regret was no doubt caring too much what others thought of me.
Validation, it's nice, but it's also fickle, if you only draw confidence from what others think of you, you'll have a hard time.

This isn't some bluepilled advice, work on your looks, but know that your mind is just as important. Your looks only open a door, you've still gotta walk trough it, and that's not at all self obvious.
