Never touched drugs, tired of having no drive. Ritalin or Adderall?

I'm on the same boat as probably most zoomers, porn addiction, shitty dopamine receptors, low motivation, quasi non-existent discipline.

I have tried straightening up without meds, and it hasn't been easy. Won't call it impossible, but honestly I just want a boost that will take me to where I want quicker.

Never been diagnosed with anything, but the way the current big pharma and therapeutic industry are working nowadays, everyone can get an ADHD or autism diagnosis if they look for it.

I just wanna be able to focus and be productive towards my goals. That's it.

Anyone has experience with any or both of the drugs above?

Ritalin (methylphenidate) increases anxiety for me. Vyvanse (Lisdexamfetamine) will be better, especially if u have inattentiveness type adhd.
