I beg to differ ; I like venting in public especially at my gym between my heavy sets. I throw the dumbells around saying stuff like "I'm sick of this shit." or "Fuck my loser life.", it gets me fired up. Bonus point, I always get a free bench/cable no matter how packed the gym is.
