Is this TMJD speedrun? Is it too autistic to try expand the ramus? well fuck it its worth a shot gear ratios would be 2:3:4 so the ramus is expanded at half the speed I also don't know why the bar is at such an angle it should be rotated more clockwise but you surely get the concept. Aftercare would most likely just be metal braces with some vertical elastics to pull the molars. This is my first time ever designing something like this lmk what you think and what you believe can be improved.
