saw some threads that new balance 530's apparently give (1.5) inches. can anyone confirm this.

in terms of height, what gives more? new balance 530's or af1

nigga 0.3 inches is not making a difference, most shoes tend to give 1 to 2 inches

Air forces are actually pretty shit at height frauding compared to other shoes but the new balance 530s look giga non nt if you don't style them properly, 0.3 inches of height vs proper fashion, proper fashion is going to mog 0.3 inches of height

The thing with the af1s tho is there is a lot of room to hide lifts compared to other shoes so you can end up getting them to a comfortable 2 inches without it being noticeable

wearing lifts fucks up your feet i did it and it was painful to walk
If you do it right it doesn't at all, in my AF1s I fit in like 0.75 Inches of lifts but they are just flat, not on a slope like most lifts so it feels like just a normal shoe considering I upsized by half a size (End's up being about 2 inches total)

If you also look at standard deviations of height a 1-inch increase is a considerable increase in the rarity of your height, for example, going from 6'0 to 6'2 (Which can be done very easily, compare wearing barefoot shoes to a minor height frauding set up like the one I just described), takes you from the top 15% to the top 5% which is pretty noticeable IRL.

You should read my reply above, you can make a super comfy lift set up, how long did you wear them for? For me it was normal after like 2 weeks.

Anyway in the coming 3-5 months I'm going to order a stadiometer and do some autistic analysis of working out the best possible shoe setup, balancing NT, comfort, style and height as well as experimenting with glucosamine etc so I can let you know what I find out

550 mog all tbh, 2 inches, good looking nt shoe, and normies don't really expect it as a height frauding shoe...

e.g. The meme of the short kid shrinking after taking off his airforces - All normies boys and girl know ppl wear airforces for height

Rick Owens megabumpers have a 2 inch sole and don't really look huge on foot

Thanks I've wanted them for ages before I was even aware of height so I'll probably get some over black friday and measure with a stadiometer, they definetly loose height after wearing them tho

i use new balance 9060's with a 1 inch insole and its crazy comfortable, even being used at gym. it gives approx a 2.7 inch raise, and is not noticeable. i am 5.11 and it makes me 6 foot 2

Weird I'll have to test it out myself IRL, they are reported to give 5cm online
