Strontium is basicly calcium 2 so your body just throws all of it in to your skeleton or something, im not too sure.
Have only learned of these in the past 2 hours or so

The seed oils have only been proven to have benefits in rodents, so we cant know for sure. But theyre dirt cheap and quite effective in rodent models so worth a shot
