L-carnatine androgen receptor sensitivity

ashwaganda for test (giga cope but idc)

turmeric lower estrogen and gut health

beta caroten for skin health and tan

volufiline for better under eye support, less UEE and bigger lips

collagen for better skin health

ive been fixing my diet lately, avoiding goyslop and i see my skin getting a bit better but i still need to fully clear it up
Give me more cope supplements that i can take orally and if i should take anything out (IDC FOR THE PRICE I DONT PAY FOR THEM ANYWAY, I STEAL THEM, apart from volufilline)
