Idk what to say to such a shit reply tbh. You can clearly see the guy is recessed. What you say ain't wrong cuz bimax can only widen the jaw a very small amount and you def need implants for jaw width and angularity. But you do implants after you do bimax that's a nobrainer. The guy is recessed and now with an implant slapped ontop of shitty bones he looks weird. Bimax + implants >> implants. And alot of times after bimax you won't even need jaw implants.

His maxilla is okay but regarding his lower jaw it's not just the chin but the entire mandible that is lacking. Looks similar to me (fucked by camouflage orthodontics)

Im having a wrap around jaw implant roughly 9 months after surgery, I could of had it done sooner.


Also if there is any form of recession its basically mandatory to fix it with a bimax/osteotomies to move the jaws in a good occlusion, then an implant fine tunes to give mass/angularity. slapping an implant on a recessed jaw is where things go wrong.

The cost of a bimax + implant with Dr Ramieri is basically the same as just the wrap around jaw implant cost as Dr Dhir or Dr Eppley. That's why it pays to be on here and blackpilled otherwise you pay normie mainstream prices.

Bimax changes your front quite alot , also some people are surgery first canidates with no need for braces.
