Looks like he has a short mandible. He needed bimax with CCW to stretch out the skin and then just moderate jaw angle implants. Now his jaw looks blocky, non-defined and probably still recessed from the side

When are these surgeons gonna learn men with naturally strong jaws don't just have a gigantic jaw all the way around, they have prominent masseter muscles/mandibular angles, and a defined chin. These implant designs suck ass
