Clascoterone, sold under the brand name Winlevi, is an antiandrogen medication which is used topically in the treatment of acne. It is also under development for the treatment of androgen-dependent scalp hair loss.

Pharmacodynamics
Clascoterone is an steroidal antiandrogen, or antagonist of the androgen receptor (AR), the biological target of androgens such as testosterone and dihydrotestosterone (DHT).[1][4][5] In a bioassay, the topical potency of the medication was greater than that of progesterone, flutamide, and finasteride and was equivalent to that of cyproterone acetate.[10]

It's only approved for acne for now (as of August 2020) but there's no way it would fail on hair loss patients looking at the pharmacodynamics.

Cassio is currently researching on male and female pattern hair loss. Will probably be released 2022 or 2023 under the brand name breezula. However the study involves 7% and if I remember correctly the acne Winlevi version is 1% + its not a liquid but a cream. Pretty sure it basically CB-03-01 with a different carrier and obviously pharma grade.

Who cares if it’s gonna have the same disastrous side effects as finasteride? Antiandrogen is a non starter. Just destroy your whole genetic makeup that makes you masculine and sexual theory.

If I ever start balding, I would honestly rather get hair transplants regularly the rest of my life or get a quality hair piece and just lie to everybody about it. Brain fog, depression, low libido, shitty erections, overall lower testosterone are all hard fucking passes.
