Some sort of a newsletter or highlight page on the honescreen would go hard, somewhere where all the best bits and threads from the day show, kinda like BOTB but for each day or week, to maybe highlight new findings or relevant and up to date research/news, might help bring people into the app more often.

Would suit people who only visit the site once every few days mirin the idea tho
