just kick air theory.
Jfl
But unironically
There rlly is no science this is just bullshit pseudoscience theories.
It combines three mechanisms
1) microfractures whcih triggers slight bone growth
2) slight muscle stretching which can in turn stretch your bones
3) fluid flow which can trigger bone growth
Kickboxers do this and they usually have longer legs. Aim for 1000-1500 air kicks a day. If it doesnt work atleast youll have stronger legs
Ik it is probaably cope af but a cope a day keeps the rope away
