So I saw this vid by pigmie
Basically, in short the theory is to hit a intense lower body workout and then sit in a device that stretches your legs constantly. This is so when the bone remodels from the microfractures from the workout, it hopefully grows longer and not just stronger. Watch the video for more detail, skip to 4:25 for the theory
Pigmie done this for an hour after his lower body workout and done this for 2 weeks, stretching in the machine he created for a total of 10 hours. He did not get any real results, only temporary results from the decompression of his legs.
However..
He is 34 years old
He only done this for 2 weeks
He only stretched for an hour after the workout
He probably didn't have an optimal diet for heightmaxxing and probably isn't taking any good supplements for it
If a person under 20, especially someone with their growth plates still open done this for months and was in the device in their sleep and had a optimal diet maybe they could've actually seen a significant increase in their height. Being in the device in sleep is crucial because a lot of growth and repair happens in sleep.
