Hello everyone, I'm new to the community and would like some advice on how to lose a bit of weight. I'm 17y, 174 cm tall and weigh 75 kg. Apologies for any mistakes in my English, as it's not my native language.

Thanks, I'm drinking 4 liters of water every day and trying to follow a 1600 kcal diet, I go to the gym 5 times a week and do cardio every day. Should I change anything?

I think a 1600 kcal diet is a to Stong of a deficit. If you cut your calories to fast your Test Levels will drop alot, you will lose muscle mass, your Metabolism will Slow down.

When your metabolsim Adapts to such low calories you would Need to get down to Even less calories which would mean that you wouldnt be able to get all Important nutrients.

You should start with a 400 calorie deficit which for you should be around 2000 kcal and then get lower when your metabolism adpats

A high Protein diet is good for losing weight because you will maintain/gain muscle Mass and it will suppress your Hunger.

When I lose weight After a bulk I eat Like 5 eggs a day, alot of chicken, Drink a Protein Shake and eat low kcal snacks
By doing this diet it will Even be hard to reach 2000 kcal 😂
