Problem is his maxilla and jaw is still recessed which is why his lips look so thin and have zero support... he should have gotten bimax with only jaw angle implants instead of a full wraparound, now his chin is huge.

This thread is kinda upsetting tbh. I bet this guy looks like such a try-hard irl. I can clearly see hes had a hair transplant, now the jaw implant which makes him look blocky and even more unnatural. The only thing that made a difference was his infraorbital implant, and that's a very minor improvement. and you just know this guy is probably still self-conscious about something else.
