How to flare your gonions (no one has inward gonions unless you have a mongoloid skull so stop coping and start chewing)

Chewing gum is MORE than enough. No need to bonesmash.

Take 2 fingers and chew gum with your molars, then hold 1 finger on the masseter muscle on whatever side you're chewing and put the other finger below the masseter, you should be able to feel sort of a ridge (maybe its covered by fat if youre not lean), just apply forcce outward on the ridge whilst chewing with your molars and having finger contact with your masseters. this method is op af because you're basically applying pressure sideways on the gonions whilst growing your lower masseter , so what it does is it grows your masseters and flares them outward if you do it for long enough. Make sure you ALWAYS chew with your mouth open when going on chewing marathons. Also make sure to use coordination between your fingers and touching the lower masseters with them (this allows for your brain to apply the force where it's required).

Any gum works just make sure if its not mastic or falim gum, it is atleast sugarfree, and you put the gum in cold water every 10 mins of chewing. this helps harden the gum.

in theory if enough pressure is applied, overtime you can get gonions that are a little more flared. you CAN bonesmash your gonions (feel the ridges on each side of the mandible - thats your gonion) but you might strain your jaw. I suggest if youre low inhib enough to bonesmash your gonion, you need to jut your mandible outward use your knuckles and apply force from the bottom and sides. for example: if youre bonesmashing your right gonion, you need to hit the ridge from the bottom and hit the ridge from the left side. same goes for the left gonion (except you switch to hitting from the right side).

i do not condone this and please do not hit too hard. you will fuck up your jaw if you do.

imo what works for me is slightly open with slight lip pout, it also helps build the mentalis muscle and doesnt use buccinators much/make you look like bloated chipmunk.

remember the goal is to work the lower masseter muscles, insertions obviously cannot be changed, but we're trying to isolate the masseter hypertrophy to the lower masseters as much as possible. any higher and you risk looking bloated/hiding your zygos.

I'm giving my take on this and what worked for me. If it didn't work for you it didn't work for you, not my problem. I think chewing for jaw gains is widely accepted on this site anyways, I'm just proving an alternate way to do it if anyone wants.

Tf do you mean people don't have inward gonions jfl I have inward gonions and I have a Caucasoid skull

Mike mew recommends closed mouth chewing. Wouldn't open mouth chewing make nasolobial folds worse.

I dont see why , this makes no sense , open mouth chewing is bettter , more natural and expand the palate because there is no lips/cheek muscle engagment , Closed moouth stretch the philtrum , open mouth seems better in every way..

Disagree tbh. Your masseter is connect to some facial bones, gonion, mandible and cheekbones and the lower orbitals etc

Now, what we have to find out is how to loosen the sutures or the bone and then we’d have hit the jackpot tbqh

wait do you need to put your finger on the inside of the gonion and push it outwards or do you put it outwards and push inwards?

Didn’t read but chewing didn’t flare your gonions. No offence it just didn’t. You probably just have big masseters and are coping with the soft “flare” look they create but it doesn’t look aesthetic as flared bones.

it works, i have flared left gonion, and outward right gonion, i doubt its coincidence i usually chew on my left

I dunno about the gonion part but I tried just putting the fingers in the lower masseter and the isolation worked. It gives real muscle-mind connection.
