This is actually the optimal oral posture.
The idea is that you roll you tongue backwards until it reaches above the soft palate and into your nasal cavity. Then to exert pressure on your nasal bone and frontal process of the maxilla, while also aplying force to the cribriform plate, more specifacally in the front of your nose, which can help to give more nasal projection. You can also do durations of exerting pressure to one side of the nasal septum and then the other to widen your zygos.
