Yep, I would like about training
My chest isn't as developed as yours but I haven't worked out my chest in a year ive been literally barely moving i used to bench 225lbs after 6 months of gymming at 16

It's good to not train alot

I even grew in height while intense training when I was 16 I was 6 foot doing deadlift 1 rep maxes and squats and until 17 I grew to 6'3 then now to 18 im 6'4

Thats but go say u grew from training, height is genetics mostly then food and lastly training/sport

the training may have helped, but yeah i was eating quite well a lot of protein shakes some creatine here and there eggs greek yogurt i had an amazing diet with good sleep
