Orthogonal Plate Expansion is the newest discovered looksmaxxing technique to come out of the latest Harvard research.
This is one of the most important bones in your face for attractiveness rated by foids, and you can improve it with simple exercises.
To expand a plate perpendicularly with precision, maintaining structural integrity and uniformity. I will go over a few techniques you can use to expand your Perpendicular Plate.
Below is an image of someone with a narrow perpendicular plate, as you can see, having a weak perpendicular plate ruins your whole face.
Compare this to someone with a well developed perpendicular plate, as you can see it sets the ground for the rest of your facial bones to develop properly.
NOW FOR THE EXCERSIZES
1. Facial Tapping
Facial Tapping is presented as a technique designed to "stimulate and strengthen" the perpendicular plate of the ethmoid bone, gentle, rhythmic tapping can enhance bone health and alignment by increasing blood flow and stimulating cell growth. To begin, practitioners must insure hands are clean to prevent any infection or irritation. They should then find a comfortable, quiet place to sit in front of a mirror.
The routine starts with a warm-up involving 2-3 minutes of deep breathing to relax and "prepare the facial muscles." This involves inhaling deeply through the nose, holding for a few seconds, and then exhaling through the mouth. Following this, practitioners are encouraged to close their eyes and gently massage their face, focusing on the nose and the area around it, purportedly to "prepare the area for tapping."
The tapping begins at the bridge of the nose. Using their index fingers, practitioners are instructed to tap gently on either side of the bridge of the nose, just below the forehead, for 1-2 minutes in a rhythmic pattern, aiming for about two taps per second. Next, they move their fingers down to the sides of the nose, where the nasal bones meet the cartilage, and tap gently for another 1-2 minutes. The third tapping point is the tip of the nose, where both index fingers tap lightly for 1-2 minutes. Finally, practitioners are told to tap along the nasolabial folds, the lines that run from the sides of the nose to the corners of the mouth, for an additional 1-2 minutes.
2. Deep Diaphragmatic Breathing
The routine begins with deep diaphragmatic breathing, where practitioners inhale deeply through the nose, ensuring their abdomen rises more than their chest, and then exhale slowly through the mouth. This is said to be repeated for several minutes to maximize oxygen intake and promote relaxation. Following this, the practitioners are directed to perform alternate nostril breathing. This involves closing the right nostril with the thumb, inhaling deeply through the left nostril, then closing the left nostril with a finger, and exhaling through the right nostril. The cycle is reversed, and this process is repeated for a few minutes, supposedly to balance nasal airflow and stimulate the ethmoid bone.
*DISCLAIMER* YOU WILL NOT SEE RESULTS IF YOU DON'T DO BOTH EXCERSIZES EVERY DAY FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS
Hopefully, you all learned about the perpendicular plate, and may this help you slay the foids of your dreams truecells.
Best wishes,
