I guess it has its drawbacks because it lifts the middle part more and the lateral parts less, compared to traditional lip lift which is also problematic in that regard.

I mean you want to lift the middle so the edges naturally comes with like its suppose to be. Not lift the edges. And if your edges dont come along them you arent meant to have it. Same woth fillers, most shit lips from fillers is when you do edge filling

It's a good thing but you'll need studies on cases to actually see if there are complication, don't want to assume, but the patient might not be able to close their mouth fully.

Zero scar, can shorten philtrum a lot, doesnt change the lip size, permanent, looks good in motion

eh this is cope. the scar is very visible and ugly and no amount of make up or lasers will ever truly cover it. it will always be visible if they are close enough. look at what people online say about it, i read a post a girl said she has been trying to cover it for 3 years and it's still visible and she regrets it.

i know people irl who did it and even despite them doing lasers on it, using make up, i can still see the scar. it is ugly and is worse than just having a long philtrum.

The scar really doesn't bother me that much to be honest. The gum thing is definitely a concern

He makes a stitch inside the nose, one could say it becomes a scar that lifts the lip. You need a well supported nose for this and also it doesnt makes the lip themselves fuller which is actually a good thing
