Hello future generations,

I have upgraded my facepulling setup. I bought a dog rope tug and it works incredibly well. The texture of the rope is a lot better than the one the towel and the pants I was using because when I bite down hard, I get a way better grip. I started also pulling laterally for width expansion, I might have to find a better technique for that.

Throughout these lasts months, my skull has developed sharper edges, especially in the mandible, it looked a bit melted at the beginning because of all the goyslop and mushy foods I ate growing up. I am happy this method works for me and I am very thankful for old lookism cause that's essentially where I got this.

I have also started eating cleaner (liver, meat, fish, eggs, dairy etc..) ONLY, no more bread, no more vegetables, no more seeds.

If any of you are still doubtful about my method, then just stay doubtful cause too many people would be ascending. We gotta keep it lowkey :feelshah:.

almost 7 months into this, I can't wait to see what I'll look like at 2 years.

Love you all,

Jcpenny

And not pull onto a towel with a kettlebell attached to it
I'm sure our ancestors didn't do that

Any gains in under eyes, midface, cheekbones and brow ridge?

I’m kinda on the fence about this because mandible is well developed but midface is lacking due to a weak maxilla support in cheekbone and undereye region

yes it does help with undereye region and cheekbone, But you need to do lateral pulling to increase width of jaw. I use the rope and do a couple reps of pulling on each side of my jaw. for example 10 pulls to the right side of jaw and then another 10 on the left. I bite the rope with one side only of my jaw and pull laterally. The lateral pulling will help tremendously with especially the cheekbones and your canthal tilt, since the SKIN of your face will have more space to sit on your face, it will not droop down.

On what’s left of the OG lookism thread Donjohns says he got brow ridge gains which is strange considering Asians almost lack one

Can you attest to that?
