there should be a surgery where you can put a little vibrating device inside your dick but make sure its not big enough to be visible, the device would be controlled by a remote or app on your phone.

it makes ur entire dick vibrate

the only downsides with this is battery life or potentially a malfunction happening where it wont turn off, and probably some other issues too, other than that i think its goated and can maybe be good for small dickcels
