structural posture is more important then tongue posture

key example: cavill - he has no tongue posture, and a 20mm palate, but since he always sat up straight and had his chin tucked naturally without the support of his tongue his face still grew forward

good posture matters, tongue posture doesn't mean nearly as much as people let on, most ppl are forced into good posture which means tongue posture is pretty shitty for 99% of people, good posture = good growth, the tongue isn't required for this

This is true and there has been studies done on it, fhp is the only reason for my @HorseFace . But tounge posture is also very important, altough you will mostl likely get 90 % of your genetic potential as long as you don't mouth breath (unnoticable downswung), but for 100% ideal development you need proper tounge posture.

Posture on general is a must especially when you are still in development.

Dont forget good looking means you look healthy.
