Would you agree that in the first year you make about 50-60% of gains and the years following is really there for fine tuning the nice details into your body? Atleast imo that's how it is from what I've seen.
 
yes, crazy strength progress in the beginning. went from 100kg dl to 120kg dl in like 2 weeks.
 
First 3 months are the juiciest gains u will ever have u will get them no matter what u do if do it consistently. First year u shoud gain about 1 kg a month no matter.
First 2 years u make 80-85% of your genetic limit if u do everything right.
Natty only if u roid its whole another story

It's mainly genetic tbh. I gymcelled for a year and I got zero gains. I can do more push-ups now so that's that.

It’s all genetics if u go natty route. think most ppl can still have gains if do few cycles but it’s so bad for your youthfulness

Even gymcelling most of the time is purely genetic wtf. Blackpill is everywhere brootal.

at the two year mark you can either roid or spend another decade grinding out 1/10th of what you gained during your first year.

Newbie gains are real I fucked up by training 7 days a week

Ideally you should trim only for 4-5 days a week

at the two year mark you can either roid or spend another decade grinding out 1/10th of what you gained during your first year.
I'll hop on a cycle eventually, wrap up all my gains, then I'll maintain from there.
