Hello guys. I have been consistently working out for 5 weeks now. I took some before and after pics and to be honest I see little to no change. IK my form is good as I have been working out with a friend who is also a trainer at my gym. Every session I try to give it my best and walk out feeling the muscle group I was hitting that day. I have been eating much better than before ( minimum of 100g of protein a day and more vitamin rich foods ). My sleep has been solid ( averaging 7 - 8 hours a day ). Is it maybe too early to see the newbie gains ? Are my genetics simply horrible ?
