Given the effects of a large rapidly absorbed dose of niacin, which is basically opening of small capillaries and blood rush to skin surface, could an effect on skin health and hair growth be expected?
I have experience with this from when I was 19 trying to get bigger endogenous growth hormone pulses, but the experience of the flush itself was so uncomfortable I only did it once.
It is a very potent effect, I’m thinking as little as once a month could be effective (possibly).
Anyone here more knowledgeable on the topic?
