GUIDE HOW TO USE NIACIN:
1) 3 and a half hours after eating u should go to sleep and take 500mg of niacin and magnesium glycinate for better sleep.
2) U shouldn’t buy the flash free!
3) Start with 100mg dose, then 200 etc. Untill u reach 500mg. (Do it so u don’t get a resistance on niacin)
4) When u r gonna do 500mg niacin, do cycles. 1 week on, 2 weeks off. (So ur body doesn’t get used to it)
In my experience on 500mg my sleep got better and maybe the reason why I grow slightly more
