Yeah I never hardmaxxed.. Only did fillers. I was always poor until last year and prioritized money over looks back in 2021 when I had the chance to start the process(don't do this whoever's reading this, looks first).

Exactly 12 months ago I got braces to fix crowded teeth and gonna go under the knife this year. I can't wait tbh, already gymcelled too(from 68kg to 79kg). I will make a huge ass before and after thread hopefully and most likely this year.

My only worry is that I hope Ramieri agrees to do surgery first and braces after.. I got braces to fix crowded teeth, and not to decomp teeth because my ortho blue pilled me into saying I need sliding genio only.

No, ser. Just some random r/jawsurgery thread I found few mins ago. Incredible results from genio alone.. Tbh, that's because his maxilla was quite good in the before.

Bro if you want the most movement and best result, it's braces first. Make sure your ortho knows you are getting jaw surgery. The movements for non surgery patients are the opposite.

So basically since my bite is good, I was suggested against bimax as it’d carry more risks than benefits by my ortho and maxfac surgeon(hes popular in .org) agreed with him and it could possibly chimpmaxx me. Maxfac surgeon himself said my maxilla is not fucked. Still nice to hear your opinions...

Ramieri suggested 7mm custom (cutting it more far back) sliding based on that scan only. I could probably get 5mm jaw plus 7mm genio. Is that realistic without braces first? Especially when I have class I bite and both jaws r gonna be moved at the same time. I mostly want ccw rotation and cut maxilla a bit in half to get rid of gummy smile and get a better lip seal(my lips barely touch on the left side)

Ye, I mean at the end he said “I can do a bimax for u if u really want to” so, hopefully I am a candidate for surgery first bimax. Like I said I mostly care about maxilla here and making my smile look better while sliding genio will provide good enough results for mandible along with jaw implants.
if Im not a surgery first goon Imma kms, srs dont wanna be in braces for 1 more year while I’ll be 27 this summer just lol. Let’s hope, ser, pls follow journey thx

i wonder that too. I saw some results where genio changes lip shape but that could also be just him frauding angle or a combination of both
