Negatively affected my sleep

Made injuries take longer to heal

Increased anxiety

Higher Blood pressure

Dried out my skin and negatively impacted my collagen

Affected my gym performance, muscles felt more sore and joints felt stiff


The ONLY time I would still consume it is after sex. There is nothing better than a cigarette after sex. But I wish I never started this shit it’s terrible

I used to vape 5% salt nic on and off. Like I’d vape for a month then quit for a few months then start again. I did this for years. I’d smoke cigarettes here and there too at parties etc.

It’s never too late to quit. I reccomend stop drinking alcohol as that’s a huge trigger for nicotine use. Also read Allen carrs book

I'm not that addicted but i started last year when i was 14, but generally only at parties I smoked then in school I'd vape
but i vape every day now :feelswah:

Dating girls was a huge trigger for me. Many of them would vape or smoke and I was obsessed with vaping with them before sex it turned me on so much and gave me such a buzz esp combined with alcohol. And after sex my dopamine was very low so I had to vape

UPDATE: I was having a stressful day and was craving a vape badly. I got in my car and drove to the nearest vape shop. When I stepped inside I saw these crackhead losers, the store smelled like shit, and I realized:

Vaping will make me feel good for 2 minutes, bad right after that I will feel guilt, I will have wasted money, I will have higher anxiety and blood pressure, my throat will hurt, my collagen will become worse.

What's the point of doing something that makes my stress worse long term?

I walked right out of that store and drove back home.

This is the best way to kick any addiction - think of how you'll feel after you do it, associate those negative feelings with the drug. You won't ever crave it again and even if you do you can remind yourself of the negative associations.

The issue with vaping is its so accessable and easy to do it all day long. With cigarettes I never really craved them daily it was more like on special occasions or with girls like hookah. Vaping is utter trash IMO. Obv cigs bad too but vaping is just horrible

Vaping is just gay, i can get cigarrete cuz is look sick asf but vape is made to fucking spam that button like ur life depends of it
