Only eat things that primitive humans ate. When we started farming and eating grains humans shrunk in size, both height and brain size.

I mean like if soft drinks wouldn't have been harmful, our ancestors would have figured out making something like that. Just like they made alcohol (for a sensible quantity to drink).

I've heard that the CO2 can make the bones brittle and can cause osteoporosis. Ultimately resulting in easy fractures. This is why I rarely ever drink soft drinks (like a birthday party which I rarely ever attend, or just once a year).

I never buy soft drinks at home too. I like them, but they are clearly bad for health.

I'm pretty sure these Jews pushed this into the mainstream to fuck up our bones and genes, I'm just venting on this, I suggest you not rely on my words but do some research on your own too.

Carbs don't do anything for you but make you fat and bloated. Same with dairy.

Protien, Vegetables, Fats, and Fiber is all you need, with the occasional sweets to keep you from going insane.

Also, carbs and sugars convert to fat cells, faster than protein and fats do.
