You just need three things, finasteride, minoxidil and dermaneedling. Not that complicated, this will be the foundation of most competent hairmaxxing guides out there. No idea why you'd wait until NW3 to do something though.

Oral minoxidil would be a bit riskier than topical minoxidil. I think if you used topical minoxidil with dermaneedling in conjunction it wouldn't be that much better for most unless you know you don't respond well to topical minox. In regards to finasteride and it's side effects, there's only one thing to say:

Add MSM powder too. It speeds up hair growth.

For most people yes, the possibility of having them is what scares a lot of people from using it which then has them lose more hair and hair until they become desperate enough to try it regardless. The fact is that a small minority will be dealing with finasteride side effects.

It's easy to say you won't use it until you look 45 at 25. The thing is that the more hair you lose, the harder it'll be to get it back (if ever) so quick intervention is critical.

@Alexanderr u just liked my comment so it means finasteride side effects are gigacope? like if is gigacope so i can undestand

edit: i'll give a try finasteride

edit 2: what should i do if i get the side effects i have very bad luck in everything i do

Mostly cardiac-related side effects, like heart palpitations, might not be advisable to use if you have a family history of cardiac complications granted it's not like you're guaranteed to have a heart attack if you take this stuff.
A lot of people overblowing its side effects but the fact of the matter is that when there's a viable alternative (topical minoxidil) that is 90% as good with a lot fewer side effects, a lot of people will advise you to use that instead.

i think a minox alcohol free solution will be fine right? to not cuck collagen

Just stop using it (might be better to taper off) and then accept your fate of being bald in this life.

The collagen effects of topical minoxidil are overblown in my effects, I've used minoxidil for my eyebrows and I'm sure you've read my other thread my skin is damn near perfect, granted, with eyebrow application I'm applying a small amount but still no noticeable effects whatsoever after years of use.
Of course, to err on the side of caution there's no problem using the alcohol-free solution (but I'm not entirely sure it was solely the alcohol responsible for the supposed collagen decrease, can't recall what else it would be tho).

do you have a skin care routine? just to know because it might be holding you back with the minoxidil

i'll try everything, if it doesnt work i will save for hair transplant

Uh, yeah, but being completely honest here I almost never use it. Maybe 2-3 a month when I feel like it. It's very short as well, I believe I got the products I used recommended to me here years ago but some dermatologist who used to post here.
I personally use the Pixi 2-in-1 double cleanse and then afterwards just Cera-ve moisturizing cream. Occasionally I'll do a chemical skin peel with The Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% peeling Solution.

Will finasteride affect the growth of shit like beards which grow with more DHT. Also does eyebrows depend on DHT?

I'm guessing around $5000, I need over 12000 grafts... gonna travel to some of the best surgeons. But first I need to save up. So probably late last year

No risk, marginally effective: massages, supplements, diet, sleep, ketoconazole shampoo.
Low risk, moderately effective: minoxidil, microneedling/tretinoin.
High risk, very effective: finasteride.
Very high risk, extremely effective: dutasteride.

I didn't know tretinoin was effective for hairloss too. I will buy Minoxidil and tretinoin I already shipped my DERMASTAMP but its going to take 1 month to deliver it fuck
Probably using finasteride if I don't get any results in 2 months

Dont waste time and cope with bullshit, get on Dutasteride and oral minox, a mans age is dependent on his hairline

No, hop on Finasteride ASAP. You must halt any further loss, and finasteride or dutasteride is the most effective way. Also, I advise against a dermastamp and oral minox. Buy a derminator 2 and use it at 1.5mm weekly. Oral minox isn’t worth it given it’s possible negative effects on the heart. People have died from smaller doses then what most people are using. I’d recommend foam minox, as it’s got a nil to none side effects profile.
Also, Nizoral could be an adjunct treatment as well to add in.

I’ve been on Fin since 17 and have had no ill effects. Take the dive bro and have the assurance of no further loss.

Finasteride could have side effect yes, but every drug on the planet has the possibility to.
It may also cause shedding , meaning increased rate of miniaturized hairs falling out to be replaced with stronger ones.Don't quit during the shed

HT, none of this waiting game shit.

Get money for hair transplant.

Yes, but that is expected. It’ll grow back healthier and thicker, you just gotta give the medication time to work.

This. Social media has made hair so important for men. Mostly because most men have shit facial structure so it helps them fraud.
