The video is soo pixelated I can barely see but from the face down position they had him in I dont see how it was
even possible for anyone to fire a weapon under those circumstances....

I think a lot of times Cops are under soo much stress that they hear noises and act haphazardly oftentimes
causing harm to suspects.

There was even a case similar to what Im describing that happened in Florida except the guy survived and sued the
Department
