Late Night Walks are relaxing. No people No lights clear sky and air, No stress ,No loud noise just you and your thoughts. In Forests its even better for adrenaline. Walking in General is very goated. One of best distractions from Life beside lucid dreaming. I estimate that I have over 3000 hours or more in walking in 2 years
