Nightmare about shooting up a school

Last night I saw a nightmare where I shot a couple people at my school.

I had a pistol and a knife with me. I walked to through the hallway and shot random(?) people. Then I ran to the bathroom to shoot myself so I wouldn't be caught by the police. I shot myself in the head but somehow survived it. I was so fucking scared of going to jail for the rest of my life so I had to run to the nearest bridge to my house and jump off to make sure I die.

This shit was so stressful. The feeling of regret after I failed to kill myself was fucking horrible. I barely slept last night

THIS IS JUST A DREAM. I DO NOT HAVE INTENTIONS TO SHOOT PEOPLE.
