i just had a nightmare that didn’t exist on this plane of existence

Before it went extra dimensional i was walking to a wall of glass and an industrial double door exiting a building and a woman asked me a question across the empty room as i was about to leave the building, then reality started to fragment

The words she spoke weren’t in English but still sounded completely normal while her eyes engulfed all of my vision while i had multiple scenarios happen at once I existed without time and it got more and more disconnected from reality until it scared me a lot, i woke up just now

It’s was like how people describe end-of-life dreams
