The only path you have is too stop coping and to move on, find a quiet place where you conjoin with isolation and think till your last hours on this earth. I had an idea with eugenics and on how to create a better future at the cost of killing of millions of unworthy people without violence. Just have all the average men and below average men join the army and get sent off, whilst their wives or women reproduce with a chosen selection of highly valued genetically superior men.
Then when the military soldiers return, they can rasie those children to reduce fatherless rates and then those children will grow up to be chads. Slowly but surely replacing the average and worthless.

Or we can just make class divisions even more vile and destructive towards the human psyche. Afterall, people are numbers not actual lives, neither should they be treated as such for progressive work or advancement of any kind of human nation, culture or race.

Remember, you always lived in a matriarchy and those women lived in chads patriarchy. The only reason I would go against the first rule of thumb of creating more genetically superior off spring as it would slowly create an issue with no low class workers being in line to do the dirty work of society. Or we can use migrants to fill that role.
