Nipple maxxing??

I have gyno and hate how it shows through my shirts. Not really a problem during the winter because of the layers and the cold, but during the warm months it's pretty noticeable. I can't get a surgery, any tips or is it over?

How old are you because if you're a teen then it pretty normal because of the hormone. But this thread is pretty good for gyno.
