I cant get my hands on nizoral shampoo since I live deep in the jungles of morocco, will a tube of ketoconazole cream give the same results ? (ketoconazole being the active ingredient in nizoral)

Literally get any two in one zinc pyritheone shampoo or however you spell it, has the same DHT blocking effects (little to none as keto) and won’t dry your hair to shit

zinc pyritheone was linked to cancer, can try selenium sulfide or the now replacement for zinc pyritheone( pireocetate olamine), but i used the latter and it doesnt work anymore :
