It doesn’t have to be NNN; the concept can be applied elsewhere as well.
In essence, what NNN demonstrates is the strength of your willpower. It shows how well you can control your mind and body to focus on a specific goal or achievement.
However, if you fail at NNN, it doesn’t necessarily mean your willpower is weak. It depends on how much you cared about the challenge in the first place. Personally, if I have no strong reason to stop doing something, even if I’m capable of stopping, I will continue doing it. For example, if I’m doing XYZ, I’ll keep doing XYZ until I have a reason to stop. But let’s say a new discovery is made, and everyone who stops doing XYZ will gain 3-6 inches in height—I'd stop the second I hear those news (assuming it’s real and proven).
To conclude, how much importance someone places on a task determines how much willpower they will use. So, it’s not just about willpower; it’s about your priorities. When your priorities are in place, the willpower follows.
