I was diagnosed with ADHD and I have tried the following medications, Vyvanse, Lisdexamfetamine, Guanfacine, Methylphenidate ER. None have worked.

I started at 20 mg Vyvanse then 30mg Vyvanse then 50mg Lisdexamfetamine (over the course of 1.5 months), I then stopped since I didn't feel different but for appetite loss, after 2 weeks of no meds. I've had performance anxiety for 2 years but i never thought much of it until I started the vyvanse and Lisdexamfetamine so I told my psych and i got diagnosed with anxiety(i thought the meds started it but looking back i realized ive had it for 2 years). guanfacine did absolute nothing too just a bit tired not much though i forget the dose i was at. then i recently starter Methylphenidate ER from 18mg to 36mg. done this for about 2 weeks now and no changes at all again, no side effects too. I'm also doing cbt therapy and have been doing it for a month.

Also I just went to the Library for 3 hours and I couldn't go passed a single page in the document I was supposed to read(currently on the Methylphenidate ER 36mg). I think its executive dysfunction too.

Help me please or has anyone else had this experience and it got better?
