To start off im not open to doing any surgies and or crazy products but what methods do and dont work.

So far im doing:
High speed jaw openings
Hard mewing
Mewing all day
Orbic oculi training
Towel method
Mandible pushing
Zygo pushing
Thumbpulling
And excersises like pushing out and up on hard pallet walls (i think its supposed to expand my pallet)

Is this combined with propper nutrition, posture, and lifestyle enough or is there anything else i should be doing, especially for maxilla/forward growth, also is there anything im doing thats just flat out a waste of time?

Also if yall know good ppl to get advice from lmk im just listening to jordan wood and other ppl on here

If i did none of these bar orbiculari oris maxxing it means it's cope and too risky for what it is.

just mewing all day and high speed jaw opening with like healthy diet, exercise, good poster etc
Mewing works but hard chewing? I donโ€™t think itโ€™s effective, all it does is make your face more bloated and round, yes, it maybe strengthen your masseter temporarily but the changes you witness are not permanent if you donโ€™t continue chewing hard mastic gum consistently for 4 hours every single day.

Anything besides the actual fundamentals within softmaxxing are cope:

Building muscle + neck width
Being lean (10-12% BF is manageable for most and ideal)
Skin (Accutane, topical tretinoin, SPF, azelaic acid)
Hair (Finasteride, Minoxidil, Dutasteride)
Coloring + skin/eye contrast(A good skin tone that contrasts especially for light eyes, tan/MT2, dark &long eyelashes + dark&dense eyebrows)

Everything else will come down to hardmaxxing, e.g. surgery.

The softmaxxes I listed will cover 95% of any improvement you can do without surgery.
