Some people develop acne due to external conditions, some genetics, regardless of good health. You obviously havent looked further into acne as much as me because some people do top tier skincare and diets and still get affected badly by acne, this is where accutane comes in and helps much more with way less difficulty / pressure of strict routines and expenses.
