No cope softmaxxes

As someone still in puberty, i need the no cope basic list of things to maximise bone projection and growth, skin, health indicators, and softmaxxes that work, especially for eye area and to fix my hyoid

diet, mewing, nose breathing, gym with high intensity, accutane or other antibiotics/therapies, please do not consume goyslop and eat real food, ur gut is a direct reflection of everything and perform premolar chewing when eating and chew ur food thoroughly and evenly for ccw rotation. sleep 8 hours ideally before 10 pm bc your body's hormones including GH will produce better when having good deep sleep at a reasonable time (i really wish i knew that when i was 14-15)

The people answering are making fun of you don’t take it seriously. For skin use accutane or a topical retinoid, for hair use oral minox or apply topical on your brows and hairline, for your eye area only thing you can really do is oral minox for lash growth or a lash serum, for bone growth take GH or test, for hyoid just do chin tucks there isn’t much you can do
 
Just follow the beauty quadrant and come back when youre 18
