In 4 hours I’ll be at 1 week of no fap. While my crashed estrogen levels are definitely part of it I’ve cut out my exposure to females pretty much completely. When I stopped like tiktoks with attractive foids they eventually left my fyp I don’t see any on social media. No female = no lust and I’ve pretty much not left the house all week.
