Glad to see people on here trusting fillers again. Implants take maintenance too so the idea of fillers being expensive in the long term is stupid. If you do it DIY, its a few hundred dollars a year which is pretty cheap imo. Good post

Don’t jaw fillers only need touching up every 2 years? Every 2 years isn’t that bad.

I see the appeal in getting it done with in one surgery but with jaw implants you risk uncanny results. There aren’t many good jaw implant results out there and all jaw filler results mog the good results anyway.

Jaw alignment surgery, proper ortho, basically in order to get a good jaw one doesn’t really actually need implants in majority of cases. And for actual facial features, fillers are usually superior, except an exception might be areas close around the eye. I think safety profile with those is better with implants then filler
