I want a 5/10 side, no need for more.
Sorry for the photo quality. This is a photo with no head tilt, angle, or lighting to make it look better than how others see me day to day. I’ve done a morph where I fixed some flaws (realistic, like what surgery could achieve).
Would you say this side profile is like a 5/MTN?The facial depth and the facial depth to head depth are too low (can’t really change that, since my upper third isn’t projecting enough, and implants or monobloc aren’t really an option).Getting more projection from bimax would make me look like a dog, and the relapse after bimax would increase a lot. Lowering the ramus more with implants to improve the gonial angle would look uncanny and blocky, especially considering my facial depth.
