No haircut for 6+ months

I haven't had an actual haircut in over half a year. I've pretty much given up on my appearance. If I cut my hair short I'll just feel even more uncomfortable outside knowing people can see my face. Also I'd rather just always look ugly than look ugly with a new haircut and get laughed at. No haircut for your face. It's not like a haircut will fix my unlovable looking sub4 face.
