Tbh if you have a low bodyweight currently it might have to do with that, lighter people usually get drunk easier. That's why you mainly see fat ppl drink beer after beer with no consequence.

Yeah in NT situations is good to drink slowly over time especially if you get drunk easily. Getting drunk too fast comes across as weak ("can't hold his liquor" type mentality) and low iq (due to drunk personality).
