I start walking quicker, but after some time I turn around and the little cuck has closed the gap by like 3-4 meters, which shouldn't have happened because I was walking very quickly.

I saw his body but he couldn't see me at the moment of me turning around.

After going through the next turn, I started running.

I heard a yell after that, it was obviously likely about how I just started running. But it wasn't so quick, I had at least 5-6 seconds of running before they called it. I ran into a passage to my right and went through the thicker woods until I got on the road leading back.
