Gentics but to be more specific

-Bone structure
You either have a wide clavicle, thick wrists, narrow pelvic bone or you don’t.

-Muscle insertions
You either have low bicep insertions, symmetrical abs, full pecs, (low or high lat depending on your preference) or you don’t

-Body fat accumulation
You either have majority of your fat stored in your legs or not.

-Androgen Receptors
You either have high amounts of senstive androgen receptors that contribute to the key aesthetic muscle groups, energy reserves, etc or you don’t

-Immune system
You either have a robust immune system that allows you to recover quickly and prevent illnesses or you don’t

All this is more important than going to the gym. If you don’t have majority of these locked down you’re fucked

Too much estrogen. Do you lift weights? Often times you don’t know the caliber of your genetics until you lift weights and eat high protein.
